Paper Egg Tray Manufacturing Process
The waste paper will be put into the pulper. Under the power of water, paper waste will be made into pulp. Then the rough pulp will be refined by the pulp beater.
The finished pulp will be transported into forming machine. Under the suction power of vacuum pulp, the pulp will be adsorbed up on molds to form egg trays. Then formed egg tray will be blown off from molds.

- For the metal drying line, the forming machine will transfer the egg trays on the metal conveyor. Then the conveyor will deliver egg trays into a multiple-layer metal drying room.
