Workflow of Bamboo Charcoal Making Machine

Before Feeding

The requirement for bamboo size is no more than 2cm. The larger bamboo pieces need crushing by a crushing machine. The space size between bamboo pieces has a close relationship to the quality of bamboo charcoal. Then, small bamboo pieces enter into the drying system. The excess water content will be removed.

Bamboo to Charcoal Process

Heat the chamber. Half an hour later, the screw automatic feeder pushes the bamboo into carbonization reactor. If the temperature is over 350℃, the chemical change starts. The bamboo charcoal will be discharged on the same side.

Combustible Gas System

When bamboo is changed into charcoal, there is waste gas and waste smoke in the reactor. The waste gas enters into the cyclone dust collector and two condensers by an induced draft fan. The two procedures guarantee the cleanness of combustible gas. Accordingly, the combustible gas can provide heat for the reactor instead of other fuel.
