Safety Design of Beston Small Waste Pyrolysis Plant
This waste tire to fuel machine combines mechanical structure and pyrolysis technology to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. And the control system is designed to support the safety alarm system.
Hydroseal can prevent fire from entering into the reactor. If the fire happens, the fire enters into the hydroseal through combustible gas pipeline. However, the gas pipeline is below water surface, which extinguishes the blaze.

Treatment of Waste Smoke in Beston Small Scale Pyrolysis Plant
The emission of waste smoke is the most concerned issue for customers. Beston tire to oil plant has de-dusting tower (water washing, water spray and ceramic ring adsorption) and cooling condenser to clean the smoke. The final discharged exaust gas meets the standard of Europe Emission Standards.
If customers’ countries have a higher standard for the emission, we would like to offer the customized high-end version of de-dusting system according to the local emission standard. It mainly include desulfurization and denitration process, wet electrostatic precipitator, activated carbon, chemical tower and other systems.
What is Small Pyrolysis Process?
Transport raw materials into the feeder (automatic feeding) or the reactor (manual feeding). Besides, Beston offers tyre shredding equipment to pretreat materials into suitable sizes.
Heat the reactor. As the temperature increased, some products started to be generated. When the temperature reaches 300-600 degrees, a large amount of pyrolysis oil is generated.
Carbon black is discharged by manual labor (cooling time required) or screw water-cooling discharger (discharge automatically at a high temperature). Oil is collected into a tank.
The non-liquefiable oil gas is treated by condenser and waterseal. It can be collected for other uses. Or it is the fuel to heat the combustible chamber of small scale pyrolysis machine directly.
