Good news! With the cooperation of the Beston Group technical team and Moroccan customers, a set of BST-16 plastic to fuel machine was successfully installed. Subsequently, after testing and commissioning by engineers, the machine met the customer’s operating requirements. This means that this plastic to fuel project was successfully completed in Morocco. We signed the project successful operation handover form with the customer and officially completed the project. Below are pictures from the installation site for your reference.
Overview of the Plastic to Fuel Project in Morocco
The Moroccan customer we work with operates a large, mature company with a strong local market presence. They hope to achieve operational cost reductions through waste plastic to fuel solutions. In addition, this can contribute to environmental protection and establish a green corporate image. The following is the basic information of the equipment.
- Raw Materials: waste tyres (for testing), low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic (for formal production);
- Fuel Oil Use: for fuel supply of own factory production line facilities;
- Selected Equipment: BLJ-16 plastic to fuel machine;
- Configuration: hydraulic feeder + dual catalytic system + vertical condenser.

Plastic to Fuel Machine Achieves Value Creation for Moroccan Customer
Cost Reduction in Operations
By introducing the plastic pyrolysis plant, the customer is able to convert large amounts of plastic waste into valuable fuel oil. This not only provides a stable and low-cost energy source, reducing reliance on traditional fuels, but it also significantly lowers energy expenses in the production process. Additionally, the high-cost fuels that Moroccan customer previously had to purchase are now effectively replaced, leading to a further reduction in overall operational costs. With this innovative solution, the Moroccan customer has optimized production line efficiency, increased profit margins, and reduced long-term energy costs.
Establishing a Green Corporate Image
In today’s global context, where environmental protection is increasingly important, Moroccan customer effectively reduces the environmental burden of plastic waste by converting it into valuable resources through plastic to fuel technology. This initiative not only reduces environmental pollution but also contributes to the circular economy. More importantly, it helps improve the company’s brand image, gaining the favor of the market and the public. As a responsible company, the Moroccan customer has established a positive green image in the industry by practicing sustainable development, enhancing its competitiveness in the market.
