What is the Heating Fuel of Pyrolysis Reactor?

There are many types of fuels used to heat the pyrolysis chamber. These fuels include natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, and pyrolysis oil. Customers can learn about local fuel prices and corresponding burner prices. Customers can choose the appropriate heating fuel according to the market price. The consumption of each fuel varies depending on the device. If the customer would like detailed fuel consumption, please send the details to Beston Group.

The working time of a pyrolysis furnace is usually 10-14 hours. Among them, the preheating time is 2-3 hours. Pyrolysis time is 7-11 hours. During Pyrolysis, the temperature is usually between 280-350 degrees Celsius.

Casing with Insulation MaterialsWhen we installed the pyrolysis plant, we put three layers of insulation material (aluminum silicate wool, fire-resistant concrete, and corrugated sheeting) into the space between the case and the reactor. The temperature tolerance reaches 1000 ℃. The purpose of these materials is to lower the temperature in case of scalding workers. Secondly, this casing can keep the heat constant.

Full-sealed Working ProcessBeston pyrolysis reactor for sale adopts senior static sealing material. When the pyrolysis process starts, the working process is fully sealed, which isolates oxygen. Therefore, the pyrolysis process is more efficient.
Besides, there are other safety designs in the reactor, like a honeycomb filter (anti-blocking outlet tube), and temperature and pressure meters.
