Main Furnace

The main furnace is the core component of the pyrolysis chamber. It is connected to the feeding system at the front end and the condensation system at the rear end. To ensure thermal efficiency and safety for pyrolysis process. Especially, the main furnace adopts high temperature resistant materials and precise sealing design.

Drive System

The function of this system is to ensure that the main furnace rotates stably and at a uniform speed. Thus, the raw materials in the furnace are evenly heated. Among them, the motor provides the power required for rotation. The reducer makes the main furnace rotate stably.

Burner

It provides the required heat energy for the preheating and pyrolysis process of the main furnace. Fuels include liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas, diesel, and sygas recovered in pyrolysis.

Base

The base provides a stable support structure for the rotation of the reactor. More importantly, whether it is direct flame heating or hot air heating, the heat required by the main furnace needs to be transferred through the base.

Casing

The casing provides the necessary external structural protection for the main furnace. In addition, the casing is covered with high-temperature ceramic wool. Its heat preservation function can effectively reduce heat loss in the pyrolysis reactor.

Casing with Insulation Materials

When the installation of the pyrolysis project is underway, we put three layers of insulation material (aluminum silicate wool, fire-resistant concrete, and corrugated sheeting) into the space between the case and the reactor. The temperature tolerance reaches 1000 ℃. The purpose of these materials is to lower the temperature in case of scalding workers. Secondly, this casing can keep the heat constant.

Full-sealed Working Process
