1. Safe Tyre Pyrolysis Reactor Design

When we install pyrolysis plant, we put three layers of insulation material (aluminum silicate wool, fire-resistant concrete and corrugated sheeting) into space between the case and the reactor. The temperature tolerance reaches to 1000 ℃. The purpose of these materials is to lower the temperature in case of scalding workers. Secondly, this casing can keep heat constant.

The safety valve has played an important role in the pyrolysis system. When the pressure exceeds the standard, open the explosion proof valve. And part of the gas will be discharged into the outside.

Full-sealed Working Process

3. Saving Fuel Energy- Combustible Gas Recycling System

In the pyrolysis process, some waste combustible gas will generate in the reactor. This kind of gas enters into condenser and hydroseal. After reprocessed, customers can use combustible as bio-fuel to provide heat for reactor. This procedure will help investors to save a large amount of fuel cost. Of course, you can recycle these gas for other usages.

4. Smoke Emission Cleaning – Dedusting System

Some waste smoke with high temperature will be generated in the waste pyrolysis process. This tyre pyrolysis plant is equipped with de-dusting system to clean these smoke.
