    How to Make Fuel from Tyre Waste?

    The whole tyre to fuel process is mainly divided into tire pretreatment process, tire pyrolysis process, discharging system and dedusting system.

  • First, make sure the necessary of tyre pretreating according to the feeder. If customers pretreat tyres, put the larger tires into the tire shredder;
  • Second, the compliant tires are fed into the main furnace. With heating, the temperature in the furnace gradually increases. When it rises to 150 degrees Celsius, the tires begin to react in the furnace. Oil and gas, pyrolysis oil and carbon black are continuously produced.
  • Thirdly, the carbon black is sent to the carbon black collection tank through the discharge system.
  • Fourthly, the exhaust gas reaches the EU emission standard after being treated by the dust removal system.
