How Does a Pyrolysis Plant Work?
1. Put waste into reactor by the sealed screw conveyor or other feeders.
2. When all preparation work is done, heat combustion chamber. When temperature over 100 degrees, oil gas will be generated. Then oil gas enters into the manifold. Heavy particles will be liquefied into heavy oil and drop in the oil tank. The light oil gas rise up and goes into condenser uniformly. Then it is liquefied into fuel oil and fell into oil tank. The carbon black (and steel wire) will be discharged by the automatic screw discharger.
3. In the hydroseal, the combustible gas (unliquefied) will be cleaned. Then it flows into burning room to provide heat.
