The raw materials in the small scale pyrolysis equipment undergo thermal decomposition. The molecular bonds of the high molecular hydrocarbons in the raw materials are broken to form small molecular hydrocarbons. At this time, high-temperature oil gas is formed and goes through the following stages:
- Oil Gas Condensation: Under the action of the condensation system, the condensable components in the high-temperature oil gas form liquid fuel oil.
- Syngas Recovery: The non-condensable components in the high-temperature oil gas enter the water seal. It undergoes purification to form syngas. Syngas enters the combustion system to replace the original fuel to provide energy for the pyrolysis reaction.
- Waste Gas Treatment: The waste gas passes through the flue condenser and spray tower for cooling and dust removal. Finally, the chimney discharges it.
