5000-6000 pieces/h egg tray making line is composed of pulping system, molding system, drying system and packing system.
Components: pulp pool, hydraulic pulper, sewage water pond, homogenizer.
Working Process: Put paper waste into a hydraulic pulper. The paper waste will be made into rough pulp under the strong power of water. Then rough pulp will flow into the homogenization pool. The pulp will be refined.
Components: 5000-6000 pcs/h egg tray forming machine, vacuum pump, pulp pump, air compressor, air tank, water pulp, pulp beater, etc.
Working Process: Finished pulp will be delivered on the molding machine by pulp pump from the slurry tank. Under the strong absorption of the vacuum pump, the pulp will be made into egg trays on the forming molds. Under the blowing force of the air compressor, egg trays will be blown off from egg tray molds.
