How Many Hours is Carbonizing Time?

Normally, in the continuous biochar production plant, the whole biomass to charcoal process costs 15-25 minutes. For batch machines, the reaction time is 3-8 hours. And the cooling time is about 5-8 hours. The size, dense, moisture, category of materials will have influence for carbonization time.

How to Manage Waste Smoke?

Beston machines have three procedures to purify smoke, including desulfurization, water washing, cooling, etc. Purified smoke can be discharged directly. On the other hand, it can provide heat for the dryer, which achieves energy-saving purpose.

What is the Charcoal Output Rate?

Take a ton of crushed coconut shell (moisture is below 10%) as example, we can get 280-310kg of charcoal.


What is the Output of Tar and Wood Vinegar?

Take a tons of materials containing 10% water as example, investors can get 20 – 40 kg of tar and 40 – 80 kg of wood vinegar. Larger the moisture is, more wood vinegar investors can get. And the most suitable temperature to generate wood vinegar is 160 degrees.
