Paper Pulping Process

Put all waste papers into hydraulic pulper and slurry pump. After being mixed with water, the waste paper will be turned into a slurry. Normally, components of waste will partly influence the final quality of trays.

Egg Tray Molding Process

Due to negative pressure and vacuum absorption, the slurry will be turned into paper tray in the egg tray forming mould. Air compressor and vacuum pump will assist this work to be done well.

Egg Tray Drying Process

There are three egg tray drying lines.

• Natural drying line refers to drying under the sun. Investors use trolleys to transport egg trays.
• Brick drying line needs the fundamental work related to bricks. Through a brick conveyor, egg trays are transported into the brick drying room.
• Metal drying line refers to the multiple-layer metal drying room equipped with a metal conveyor. This line has a high level of automation and efficiency.
