Components of Preprocessing System
Preprocessing system is mainly composed of drying machine, crushing machine, infeed and outfeed head, shatter shaft, and drive unit. It makes raw materials be suitable for size and moisture.
Dryer is rotary in working condition. In the dryer, the heat from the main reactor can dry raw materials.

Large inclination belt conveyor can transport materials for biochar furnace. It has advantages of simple structure, small space occupation, easy maintenance, and large conveying capacity.
The shaftless screw conveyor can transport materials that are difficult to be transported by the traditional screw conveyor, such as powdery materials, paste materials, viscous materials, etc.
The chute is directly connected with the inlet and outlet head. It has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. It falls down into the inner cylinder of the main furnace by the gravity of the material. The chute feeding method is suitable for materials with small block and granular shapes, low humidity, and small stacking angle.
Components of Carbonization System
The carbonization system is composed of a drive device, reactor base, biochar reactor, casing, infeed head, outfeed head, no-gear base, gear base, and rear base.
The biochar furnace is rotary in the working process. And the temperature is high. Raw materials are carbonized gradually. Beston reactor has high thermal efficiency that can be reached 70% – 90%. Moreover, it adopts good materials to avoid the equipment from deformation problems in overheating conditions.
The drive device is composed of a motor, reducer, belt and base. It can provide strong power for the main reactor.
The base has a combustion chamber. The fuel is burned in the base and provides the heat for the reactor.
The integrated casing can keep the heat in the reactor and reduce the loss of heat in the carbonization process.
Infeed head and outfeed head can help to provide a sealed working condition for feeding and discharging to the reactor.
The no-gear base can support the reactor on the front. At the same time, it limits the axial position of the main furnace.
Gear base can support the reactor in the middle. The gear meshes with the large gear on the reactor to drive the roller to rotate.
The rear base supports the reactor at the end. After being heated, the axial can still maintain good contact with the tug.
Components of Discharging System
The discharging system mainly consists of two groups of water cooling screw discharger and air closer.
Water cooling screw discharger transports the charcoal from the biomass carbonization machine to the charcoal tank at a low temperature. It includes a circulating water pump and a circulating water pipeline.
Wind shelter can help to get a good seal during continuous quantitative discharge. It avoids the aerobic reaction and explosion of the material inside the furnace.
Components of Bio-gas Recycling System
The discharging system consists of a plate condenser, tube condenser and hydroseal.
Plate condensers have a cooling effect on combustible gas so that the dirt and liquefied oil can be discharged.
A tube condenser can convert oil gas into liquefied oil and oil gas. It has a simple structure. And it is easy to maintain.
Hydroseal is used to adjust the internal pressure of combustible gas pipeline and main furnace through the pressure of water.
Components of Emission Dedusting System
The emission dedusting system consists of a desulfurization dust collector, spray dust collector, chimney and cyclone dust collector. It plays an important role in emission cleaning in the wood charcoal making process.
The cyclone dust collector is a kind of dust removal device. The dust removal mechanism is to make the dusty airflow rotate, separate the dust particles from the airflow and trap them on the wall with the help of centrifugal force, and then make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper with the help of gravity, which is used to purify and collect large particles and dust in the flue gas. The dust removal efficiency fluctuates between 70-85%.
The desulfurization dust collector provides two dust removal methods. One is water-resistant honeycomb activated carbon adsorption dust removal. And the other is water spray dust removal.
The spray dust collector provides two dust removal methods. One is adsorption dust removal by Bauer magnetic ring packing. And the other is water spray dust removal.
The chimney is a structure that provides ventilation for the hot flue gas, the smoke of the stove, or combustion chamber.
