Beston Group’s agricultural biomass recycling project has made the latest progress in Iran. We have smoothly carried out the commissioning of a set of BST-50 biomass pyrolysis plant. The machine runs great from feeding to discharging. The Iranian customer is satisfied with the quality of the charcoal produced from the machine. Our installation engineers send operation video and pictures from the production site. Please read on for specific information.
Commissioning Process of Biomass Pyrolysis Plant in Iran
During the commissioning process of the biomass pyrolysis plant, our installation engineers have to help the Iranian customer troubleshoot possible problems in the entire production line. They mainly include:
- Feeding system: Check the operating status of the feeding belt conveyor and dust collector. This ensures the smooth feeding of raw materials to the reactor while reducing dust pollution.
- Reaction furnace: Through measuring instruments and PLC electric control cabinets, adjust the temperature and pressure in the furnace. As a result, this ensures the reaction proceeds within an appropriate range.
- Combustible gas pipelines: Check the air tightness of combustible gas pipelines. Thus, this prevents gas leaks and safety hazards. Meanwhile, check for blockages in the pipes.
- Charcoal discharge system: Measure the temperature of charcoal passing through the water-cooled screw extractor. This is to ensure the safety of the charcoal discharge process.
Before the equipment is officially put into operation, our technical team will assist this Iranian customer in training a professional operations team. In addition, Beston Group will continue to help the Iranian customer solve production problems.
