Charcoal

Continuous Charcoal Making Process

Biomass carbonization refers to the reaction process of biomass waste’s thermal decomposition in anaerobic condition. This biochar pyrolysis process can convert all sorts of biomass waste into charcoal in a short time. Normally, it only needs 15 – 20 minutes. Besides, in this process, we can get some by-products, such as combustible gas, wood vinegar and tar. Accordingly, this technology increases the utilization rate of biomass waste and generates more benefits for customers. Fast carbonization is efficient. When the charcoal processing machine feeds materials on one side, the charcoal will generate on the other side. This continuous charcoal production raises the working efficiency enormously. 1. Feeding the Materials

Put waste into the feeder. Then, the feeder delivers waste into charcoal carbonization furnace.

2. Charcoal Carbonization and Discharging

Heat the reactor. The carbonization process starts. When the temperature is up to 350℃, the charcoal is constantly generated. Formed charcoal will discharge at the end of the reactor, which won’t cause dust flying.

3. Recycling Combustible Gas

Combustible gas can be recycled to provide heat for the reactor again. Firstly, gas will be cleaned by a cyclone dust collector and spray washer. Then, the tar and wood vinegar will be collected by the condensers. Finally, gas enters into the reactor to provide heat.

4. Cleaning Waste Smoke

Besides gas, there is high-temperature smoke with harmful materials. After processed by a flue condenser and de-dusting system (water washing, water spray and ceramic ring adsorption), smoke can meet European emission requirement. Ane it can be directly discharged.
