Charcoal making machine provides a cutting-edge solution for efficient biomass recycling. As a technology partner of Puro.earth, Beston Group BST-50S equipment meet the highest standards in carbon sequestration, contributing to biochar carbon removal projects. With a proven track record of successful project worldwide, Beston charcoal machine not only enhances environmental sustainability but also creates additional income opportunities for customers by utilizing biomass waste efficiently.
A pulp production company in Europe faced increasing production costs due to the high fuel and heat energy consumption required in the pulp production process. This led to a rise in operational expenses.
The customer sought to find a more cost-effective fuel solution for their production process, focusing on utilizing renewable resources to lower fuel costs. The goal was to use the carbon balls formed from straw pyrolysis machine as boiler fuel, while also recycling excess combustible gases for further use in the boiler.
A customized straw bale crushing system was designed along with large-capacity charcoal machine. Additionally, an automatic drying and forming system was implemented to streamline the entire process.
The solution led to a significant reduction in overall operating costs for the pulp production line. The carbon balls produced were effectively used as boiler fuel, while excess carbon balls were sold, generating additional income for the customer.
