What is Pyrolysis Process in Nigeria?

- Preheating process means preheat the tyre pyrolysis reactor in advance. So that the waste can be turned into oil better in the reactor.
- In the reaction, the temperature in the reactor raises up gradually. When the temperature reaches 150 degrees, the chemical reaction starts. When the temperature reaches 300-600 degrees, the oil gas and liquid oil are produced, as well as carbon black and steel wire.
- In the discharging process, customers have many options for discharger, for example, water cooling discharger and manual discharger. When customers choose automatic water cooling discharger, the oil and carbon black can be discharged automatically. Moreover, the temperature of final products are low.
- There are several procedures in the de-dusting system, including water spray and ceramic ring absorption. The majority of customers are satisfied with the standard dedusting tower.
