Test Report on Carbonization Machine Operation

Carbonization Process Data

During the 120-hour operation of the equipment, the temperature and frequency of each component were in normal working conditions. Through precise air volume adjustment and temperature control, the charcoal making machine has maintained stable operation.

Carbonization Process Data
Main furnace temperature ( ℃) 563.8℃
Auxiliary furnace temperature ( ℃) 561.8℃
Gas temperature ( ℃) 172.1℃
Cyclone dust removal temperature ( ℃) 506.5℃
Main furnace frequency (HZ) 35HZ
Frequency of combustible gas fan (HZ) 16HZ
Main furnace fan frequency (HZ) 35HZ
Auxiliary furnace fan frequency (HZ) 30HZ

Finished Peanut Shell Charcoal Data

After a long and stable carbonization process, the peanut shell charcoal produced by the machine has a very high consistency in quality. In addition, both the carbon content and calorific value are excellent.

Finished Peanut Shell Charcoal Data
Total moisture (Mt %) 9.14%
Ash content (Ad %) 10.5%
Volatile Matter Vd% (Ad %) 11.8%
Volatile matter (Vd %) 11.8%
Fixed carbon (Fcad %) 76.8%
Dry Basis High Calorific Value kcal/kg 6570 kcal/kg
Received Basis Low Calorific Value kcal/kg 5920 kcal/kg
Note:

  • Composition determination data are all based on dry basis;
  • Calorific value is determined by the new national standard calorimeter method.
