How to Make Bagasse Charcoal?
Place raw materials that meet specifications into the main furnace. If the size is too large or there is too much moisture, it can be pretreated with a crushing machine and dryer. Then preheat the main furnace.
When the temperature rises to 150 degrees, the material begins to produce physical reaction. When the temperature rises to 300 degrees, a large amount of combustible gas, biochar, tar and wood vinegar are produced.
Biomass char is discharged through water-cooled slag or artificial slag. If water-cooled slag is used, no cooling time is required. The temperature of the carbon is around 30 degrees. Tar and wood vinegar are collected in separate containers.
