How to Operate Beston Mobile Pyrolysis Plant?
- Feeding the raw materials (take tire as an example) into the tire pyrolysis reactor by manual.
- Preheating the reactor for about a half-hour. When the temperature reaches 180 degrees, the pyrolysis starts. The syngas and liquid oil are generated.
- Some oil gas will be discharged to the oil tank.
- After pyrolysis, this reactor and the final products need to be cooled for about 6 hours.
- After the cooling process, workers can pick the final products out.
