- Deliver raw materials into the carbonization reactor by manual labor/feeder.
- Heat the combustion chamber. The reaction of biomass waste starts. After 15-20 minutes, the biomass waste is turned into charcoal.
- In the carbonization process, the combustible gas in the reactor is recycled by condenser and manifold. After processing, the bio-gas is the heating fuel of the combustion chamber.
- The emission gas is discharged after being processed by de-dusting system. The discharged exhaust gas meets EU emission standards.
