In August 2023, a set of BLJ-16 thermal destruction unit is being installed. This equipment is used to treat local oil sludge. The final product, sludge pyrolysis oil, will be sold. This customer has a rich source of oil sludge. His purpose is to treat the oil sludge harmlessly. The whole process has no pollution to the environment. And the final product can have a wide range of applications. So this customer chose a thermal destruction unit.
BLJ-16 Betson Thermal Desorption Unit is Being Installed in 2023
Under the guidance of engineers from Beston Group, the thermal desorption equipment is being installed smoothly. The whole installation includes a feed system, main pyrolysis furnace system, condensation system and de-dusting system. After the installation process of this equipment is completed, it can be tested for operation. After the trial operation is successful, the whole equipment can be put into normal production. Rich Oil Sludge in Middle East
In the Middle East, countries with extensive oil production face challenges related to the management of oil sludge, a byproduct of the oil extraction process. Improper disposal of this oily soil sludge can lead to environmental pollution, threatening surrounding ecosystems and communities. To address this issue, non-polluting and economically viable solutions such as thermal destruction units have gained traction. These units offer a sustainable means of recycling oil sludge, generating income while mitigating environmental risks.
