How to Shred Tyres?
Use tire sidewall cutting machine to cut tyre bead. Then use steel wire remover to get steel wire out. The tyre with a few steel wires can be shredded into tire blocks with 60*60. After this process, there are two ways to shred tires. One is cutting tyre into particles. The other one makes tire into powder. After they are processed, customers can use tire pyrolysis equipment to make oil. See how they work.
Shred Tyres to Tyre Particles
Use a Second tire shredder to crush tyre. The tires will be made into 15*15 tire particles. Then the megnetic separation line will adsorb steel wire. Finally, the steel wire will be delivered to the third tire shredder. After being crushed, the tire will be made into 5*5 tire particles. This is the final result.
Shred Tyres to Tyre Powder
After being crushed by rubber powder producer, the rubber will be powder. Through a vibrating screen, the large particles will be picked out. Then tyre power will be delivered to the feeder and megnetic separation. The extra steel wire will be absorbed. Finally, customers can get 5-30 mesh powder.
