Dryer Installed in Indonesia
This customer is dealing with raw materials with moisture greater than 15%. In order to ensure the quality of the final charcoal, this customer added a drying line. Raw materials enter the drying line before entering the main furnace. After being treated with hot air, the excess moisture of raw materials is dried.
When the main furnace of this equipment runs normally for a period of time, the hot gas generated in the main furnace can be used in the drying line. Therefore, this system is energy efficient.
Charcoal Forming Line Installed in Indonesia
In order to improve the economic value and aesthetics of biochar, this customer added a biochar forming line. This production line can make irregular biomass charcoal into charcoal spheres, charcoal rods, and other shapes required by customers.
